They came this Monday I almost cancelled appointment glad I didn't Lainie did a thorough inspection and what she found was disturbing she said Fireplace was upward of 20+ years old. She doesn't believe it was ever cleaned there had been a few fires there was no ventilation as soot and what not had clogged it completely. I shudder to think what could have happened had we used it. I value my life and my families lives. The Fireplace cannot be used have a contractor coming to give recommendations my advice is that if you haven't had your Fireplace Inspected and Cleaned by a Chimney Sweep it's the best 125.00 I have ever spent.
