My phone did not ring but I got a voicemail saying she would call back. I called the office within minutes of the message but was told that the attorney was no longer available and that I could reschedule my appointment if I wanted. I paid for a certain amount of time and wasn't even given the opportunity to speak with an attorney about the questions I had. Office manager said she wasn't sure why the attorney who left me the message wasn't available and that there were no other attorneys available. Do not recommend based on my experience. Will be reaching out to other agencies to address the questions I have.

Selling a home…read morewithout a realtor can be an intimidating task to take on, but after my initial interview with Mr. Walters, I was sure that I wanted their office representing and advising me during the process. During the initial interview, which was free of charge, Mr Walters walked me through the challenges of for sale by owner, and gave me a good idea of how the process would be handled from start to finish. He was very patient in answering any questions that I had. After finding a buyer and going under contract, their office proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and patient. Any time I had a question or concern, it was addressed quickly and professionally. I cannot thank Mr Walters, Mr Galloway, and Miss Rhodes enough for the incredibly professional manner in which they treated me, the sound advice that they provided during the entire process, and the reasonable pricing that they offered. If you are considering buying or selling a home in the harrisburg area without using a realtor, I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this office of knowledgeable professionals! Thank you!

Communication with them was dismal and we were unable to resolve the issue. My husband and I were not sure what recourse we had if any, that would not involve a lot of time and expense. We contacted a well-known PA criminal attorney's office and they recommended Mr.Mark Mateya referring to him as "the estate lawyer". We got in touch with Mark and we are so glad we did! During our consultation, he listened to everything we had to say. Then he gave us the exact steps that we could try to turn around the situation with minimal time, effort and cost. Mark has a wonderful understanding manner. He's an excellent listener and I could feel my stress levels decrease as we spoke with him. We followed the steps Mark suggested and we were finally able to come to an agreeable resolution with the attorney and the executor without incurring court costs. This was a relief to all of us. Mr. Mateya is a gem and we highly recommend his services!

A recent life ordeal lead me to needing a lawyer. I had intentions of going with a familiar…read moresounding lawyers firm name that I hear "frequently" on local television. Please I urge you to think twice about going with a law firm that is almost constantly advertising their business, and to be fair there are always an exception to my rules. I did that and after a 2 or 3 month waiting time because of my need to save up for their quoted price, the price went up $800.00. I did question her about price increase but got no where. I simply replied " OK let me see what I can do to scrape up more money." She replied "Ok we are here for when you need us". What kind of lawyers office would want to stick it to a potential new client? I thought their goal was to help? I then searched on line for another lawyer and came across the firm of Cunningham, Chernicoff & Warshawsky, P.C. who I have heard of only because they have been in this area for 38+ years. That amount of yrs in business speaks for itself. I called them and was greeted by a calming voice, Deloris. This firm gets a point for her because at this time I was wound up from the $800 hike-n-price lawyers office, which the differance "might" go toward paying for commercials. Deloris collected the information needed and transferred me to a paralegal, Jacob Laughman. He asked me for a bit more information and set up an appointment with Johanna H Rehkamp within one week! I felt a little more at ease. Fast forward to appointment and from the time I walked in to CC+W's door until the meeting with Johanna Rehkamp and Jacob was over I was very happy I did not go with first law firm. I actually felt more confident about my future. The people that I dealt with from CC+W were ALL very down to earth and did not make me feel on edge, whatsoever. I didn't second guess myself of going with their team once! Within roughly a month and a half time frame, everything I needed help with was taken care of and went as CC+W's team told me it would. Again, that shows experience.....and no surprises or price hikes along the way! If I ever need a legal matter taken care of I know where I am going back to. I can't say enough about them.

Attorney Howell operates with the precision of a forensic investigator, the courage of a first responder, and the commanding presence of a leader who understands both the law, and the human cost of prolonged litigation. Attorney Steven Howell delivered a five minute oral argument before the Pennsylvania Superior Court inside the Supreme Court Chambers. Both were magnificent, the chambers itself, and the rescue of Attorney Howell. In those few minutes he deployed every tool at his disposal: 1. Rule of law-his most formidable weapon 2. Unshakable courage and confidence- he spoke with clarity, authority, and unwavering precision. 3. Presence and command- A persona that naturally commanded respect, not only from the panel of three judges, but from every attorney in the courtroom. Attorney Steven Howell did more than rescue me from a politically entangled, failed divorce case; he restored my faith and the justice system I believed had abandoned me. He's a reminder that true superheroes still exist in the world-those who step into chaos and bring order, truth, and justice with them. Attorney Steven Howell and my experience is far beyond five star. Client , Joyce Norris

After I was in jail 6 months Mr. Dissinger came to me without ever discussing anything with my parents [who were paying him] and told me,"I can get you out of here tomorrow if you sign this paper agreeing to plead guilty to a felony" feeding on the fact that he knew I obviously wanted out of jail and that my parents would definitely tell me not to sign it, yes I signed the paper. Looking back at that situation, I would have agreed to plead guilty to murder if that's what I needed to do to get out of jail, but a good Lawyer that's actually looking out for their client's best interest shouldn't have even came to me with such a ludicrous offer unless he was simply looking to be done with the case with putting forth no time or effort to have the charge reduced to misdemeanors of under-age drinking, disorderly conduct which is exactly what should have happened.
