Put simply, WORD OF MOUTH has helped me more.... so here goes: Calvert Smith & Sutcliffe Ltd, specifically Ms Davis (conveyance solicitor we used) has a STRAIGHT FORWARD work ethic, her honesty in the process, professionalism, knowledge, and quick responses to our questions was a breath of fresh air. She did not just send a quick email/call, she actually bothered to send a letter to follow up each time for key matters, even after things have been fully paid and completed. As simple as this may seem, I have not had this experience with other firms in London e.g. supply and demand I feel reduces quality of customer service you recieve.
