I am a senior who has been absolutely suffering from dizziness and nausea. I was seen at a local hospital ER, and was told that if my condition did not improve, then I needed to see an ENT doctor.
I called Rotzler's office, asked for an appointment, and was told that Dr. Rotzler only sees patients who are referred by a primary care physician.
Although I have a PPO, and my insurance company does not require me to have a referral from a PCP, this made no difference to Rotzler.
My life is virtually at a standstill. I am dizzy and nauseous 24/7 and unable to walk steadily, or drive my vehicle.
Rotzler apparently doesn't care about people like me.
A physician's oath is to "Do no harm." Well, in my opinion, Rotzler is in violation of his Hippocratic Oath, because his refusal to see me, in spite of the fact that I have insurance, is doing me harm.
I have been a political conservative all of my life, but now I am becoming a believer in single-payer national health care.
Many of these doctors seem to have a demi-god complex, when in fact, they are supposed to serve. read more
