When my son finally got his appointment to fix the issue, they kicked me out of the room. They said they do not allow parents to be in the room with their child during procedures. They must wait in the lobby. My son was a nervous wreck and they did not care. I need to find a new dentist ASAP.

They were still in the other location a few blocks away before they built this building. It's been that long. EVERYONE here is amazing. The front desk employees are helpful and polite. The dental hygienists are all amazing and calm up down instantly. They even take care of younger children. There used to be a children dentist on premises but they moved their offices. That is fine because they treat the kids. I have seen several of the other doctor in the practice and haven't had any trouble. They have always gotten me in right away when I have had a problem and they work with your out of pocket cost that aren't picked up by the insurance company. The offices are always well kept and clean. They have just added a new drink station for patients. I couldn't ever think about going anywhere else. There is no need to. They are the BEST!

I am in excruciating pain and have waited a week to get in to their office. I live 45 minutes to be seen then was told I have to reschedule and pay a rescheduling fee. Avoid at all possible, they do not care about the patient, only their wallet.

I decided to give NuLife a call after Sondra Rae's (XL106.7) recommendation! The office is very serene, spa-like with state-of-the-art equipment and TVs above the patient's chair. The staff is very friendly offering coffee, etc. in the waiting area. The X-ray tech, hygienist and Dr. Hoover were all very gentle and thorough explaining all steps during my initial exam. I have a few treatments ahead of me, but feel confident in proceeding with Dr. Hoover's plan.
