I've worked alongside Bill for years at weddings (I dj, he does the photography), and I've never seen a photographer work harder. When we do work together, we're the last two people out of the doors, aside from the staff from the venue. And, I have always known that he takes fantastic photos. So, I hired him to take photos of my family for the holidays. Wow. They turned out so much better than I could've hoped for! He truly has a gift for getting the perfect shots. We had a session with Bill Ames yesterday, to have our six-year-old son photographed and to get a few family portraits. We did our session outdoors at the Pennsylvania Military Museum in Boalsburg at our request. Bill was professional, punctual and polite, and he handles children very, very well. Our pictures were absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend Bill for family portraits, weddings, etc.! read more
