Please do not put your family member in this facility. My Father suffered so many inju in this facility including a brain bleed, 8 head injuries , and wounds so horrible that he had extensive surgery and now is on hospice care due to the condition of the wounds. The admin, Tyler Wilkins , was not truthful about many things and made very poor decisions regarding my Fathers care . The things I saw at this facility will forever haunt me and I tried to have my Father removed from this facility. Finally after getting state involvement, my Father was sent to the hosp but unfortunately it was to late and his recovery is impossible. Poor communication from the staff. Valuables disappear from your family members, and when they pass away, and things are sent to you, they are not even their belongings, and are shattered as they are just thrown in a box. Checkbook, wedding ring, bank and credit cards missing. Calls aren't returned and staff lies about status of anything. This doesn't even start to cover care patients receive. Investigate before placing family here and don't let them take anything of value with them! read more
