If I did get a reply, it was days or even weeks later of me continuing to follow up. Communication was inconsistent and frustrating. He was also very unorganized. One of the many examples: He once called to tell me the other party accepted 100 percent fault, then later said he was mistaken and that he had confused my case with another client. That was a major red flag I wish I didn't ignore. I was especially disappointed because he knew how nervous I was about hiring an attorney. My dad advised me not to, and I told him that. He reassured me that I would be in good hands. That could not have been further from the truth. My friend also was who recommended me to him because she had the most amazing experience with Glenn. I cannot say the same. I felt like I was always put on the back burner. After almost two years of little to no progress, I finally let him go. I regret not doing it sooner. Only after I fired him did he start promising that I would be a priority and give him one last chance. I should have been a priority from the very beginning. He kept giving me the same excuse for an entire year that he had other court sensitive deadlines he needed to handle. Which I personally think is a pile of bull I think he just looked at mine as a smaller $ case. Two years of that is unacceptable. When my new attorney asked for my file, they told me there was almost nothing in it. They forwarded it to me, and they were right. It was basically empty. I would not recommend Glenn Warren based on my experience. Run far far away.

He called me after I left him a voicemail. When we spoke he seemed to want to confuse things more than they are already confused. I mentioned that all the confusion we were seeing in estate planning documents prepared by PFHG Law was a real problem. He told me he could set up a call between Wells Fargo and myself. I informed him that might be good if we had all beneficiaries on the line and recorded the call. At that point he became very agitated over the idea that he himself might have been recorded. WHEN A 3RD PARTY ATTORNEY IS BILLING HIMSELF AT $470/HR. ON AN OPEN ENDED CONTRACT DON'T YOU THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECORD?????? Our late mother was a vulnerable senior who received fraudulent account statements where embezzlement was indicated. Her vulnerability is reflected by the fact that her estate planning documentation is open to multiple interpretations and fundamentals are not explicitly stated. Those documents were prepared by PFHG Law and they allow payment to 3rd parties for services it seems that Wells Fargo should do in house. Make no mistake, the banking system, to a large degree owns the legal profession, and much of Federal and State Government. The financial services industry is one of the largest contributors to political campaigns and they fund both sides of the fence. If you ever have a complaint against a bank you will find officials you are complaining to are funded by the people you are complaining about. https://youtu.be/PcodyFAUNds
