I applied for another apartment complex but they were taking forever to process the application and they were really dragging with the verification steps. I came to Neuhaus to tour an apartment and immediately fell in love with the property. Amy was a HUGE help. She went above and beyond with due diligence to make sure my application was processed in a timely manner. Thank you so, so much Amy! I really appreciate your help, transparency, and your kindness! It made my move so much easier, taking a load of stress off my shoulders! We all know how stressful moving can be. So having a leasing agent that is responsive and helpful means a lot (give this woman a raise or a bonus, she deserves it). The complex: The apartment is really cute and the one bedroom is actually really spacious, especially for the cost. The amenities are great! I love the 24 hr mini-mart for quick emergencies (if you're too lazy to run to the store, or forgot to grab a household item and the stores are closed lol). The 24 hour gym is nice as well. The apartments are really cute and extremely affordable considering the new build. The property is clean and well maintained. So far during this past week, everyone I have encountered living here are really nice and friendly, and it's really quiet in this complex as well (thank goodness). There's a good mix of people too so a nice diverse community. It's close to the highway, which makes it nice for your commute to work. The road Azle Ave does get a little congested when you get closer to the highway entrance, but mainly during the morning at the start of working hours (but honestly everywhere in Lake Worth is a little congested it seems). Regardless, this complex is worth it and it has been a great place that I can definitely vouch for so far!

This residency has been a living hell…read more Since moving in, I've had over 30 maintenance requests because the place was practically inhabitable when moving in despite it being a brand new facility. No electricity on half side of the house, no washer for a week, bugs everywhere, no weatherstripping under the doors which lead to an infestation of insects, no air filter in the air vents and still after a year of living here, there's a problem nearly every week. Oh and I hope you're okay with possible breaches of your confidential information because they make the whole complex share one community WiFi which is incredibly insecure and even numerous cops said it was highly suspicious and very strange. They haven't even been able to answer all my questions regarding the WiFi's security. Even after all the work I've missed to accommodate all the maintenance requests and problems I've had, they still have yet to do anything significant to make up for all the stress and anxiety they have caused since living here. I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this place. I will also do a video on all my large social media platforms sharing my personal experience with this place because I would hate this to happen to other people too.

We have our AC set to 66° for 24 hours a day ($$$) and yet it is still hot enough inside to break a sweat every afternoon. It simply cannot keep up with the square footage of certain units even with the blinds closed tight. The heat is radiating straight through the poorly insulated walls, you can feel it's hot just by touching the wall. Chocolate melts sitting on the table for an example. Again great location/everything, just select a unit carefully...make sure you tour in the afternoon around 5-6pm when you'd be getting home.

I've moved out from all my previous apartments across the country and have never charged more than $100 before - Although I have missed something, even if I double-checked, there's no way I left a bag of trash inside. I had a negative living experience here. The external fan could be very noisy, I would advise double check if there are any external fans, especially if you choose the first floor. I have multiple outside my window, and I had to move my bed to living room for weeks, the maintenance is quick to respond, but after two fixes, the noise is still evident. I have had pest problem (roaches) since the day we moved in. I've even been told our place if very clean and cleaner then most, yet all I get is broken promises about fumigations. I have record of my concern by email and text for the past 9 months. Our cars have been towed in error. The garbage bins were not picked up for weeks and trash was all over the complex. Our work orders do not get taken care of. Our sink has had issues draining for over a month. So dirty dish water just sits there because the garbage disposal won't get fixed. There are constant water shut offs with little to no notice. Water leaking up from floor boards when it rains which has ruined multiple towels and shoes of ours. We were told management changed and things would be different. I tried to be patient and give them time to rectify the issues but nothing has changed. I truly think there are so many issues that they just can't keep up. I have never been late on rent, and we keep to ourselves but enough is enough. Everyday I am searching for new apartments just counting down for the day our lease is up. The one star is solely for the location and the two maintenance guys who are extremely kind and hardworking. Price is average in comparison to other places in the area so my recommendation would be to just pay a little more for peace of mind.
