Adorable restaurant with very healthy food. I had the club sandwich and it was delicious, though a bit to big for my mouth so I had to remove the middle slice of bread. We went here a number of times during our recent visit to the area. Excellent breakfast that blow away Panera's version. Every meal here was excellent between the lemon ricotta pancake dish, the pastries and egg sandwiches all were great. We did a lunch here on our arrival and had their seasonal Cobb salad which was awesome. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to serve plain iced tea as they have a number of varieties but I'm a traditionalist and like just a plain black iced tea. Otherwise this place is great as the staff keeps it clean and welcoming. Highly recommended. Wish we had one of these where we live on the east coast. read more

Had a customized Chicken sandwich with melted cheese in marinara and arugula salad. Placed over toasted sourdough bread (I think). They don't have this dish, but Mike (a manager) was there and made sure to have it customized so I could enjoy an oldie but goodie dish. Totally recommend this spot. 3.5 star. Lots of healthy options and fresh ingredients from their sandwiches, salads and soup. Reminds me of a higher-end Panera. We had the following: Superfood salad- it was flavorful and the different textures really added to the dish. I would have preferred regular corn over the dried one they had. The vinaigrette used wasn't overpowering and just enough for the salad. Corn and poblano soup- served warm but not hot enough to my taste otherwise the flavors were ok. Placed a curbside pick order. Supposed to be 5:47 pickup. Showed up at 5:48 and parked in curbside and texted number and space as directed. 20 minutes later still nothing. In the meantime, the person doing curbside comes out and delivers three peoples other orders walked by my car literally three times and not lunch thinks to stop and say hey I wonder if this person sitting in the curbside pick up area has an order. He's only been sitting there 20 minutes. Finally, I flagged the person down only to find out why I never saw that text. So they may bring out my order that's probably been sitting there now. 30 minutes. And I'm sure it's cold. Literally the worst customer service you could ever experience. Diana was such a sweetheart on Mother's Day she should've been at home getting served but she was servicing this place and everyone I did curbside which took a little while because they couldn't find the order but thank God for people because technology could never take the pace of a real human being . Diana made sure I had my food and catered to me kept coming back out to update me on my order in 93degree weather my kid was in the car so I REALLY appreciate her customer care and beautiful personality. I checked out the Peoria location on a Thursday during lunch. It's a nice location, clean and roomy. My first time at this franchise and I am not sure about it yet. They were not busy at all which was cool BUT I was not feeling like they wanted customers which is a strange thing to say but that's the vibe I got. No greeting at all it was a let me know when you are ready. Usually I will ask for suggestions and let them know it's my first visit but I just perused the menu which is extensive and picked something I thought was safe and hard to mess us up hence the turkey sandwich with brie and red peppers, mustard and chips. It was bland but edible. Price was the going rate for this type of establishment. I will probably try them out again but something else. Basically I am still on the fence with this one. read more

I stopped by here this past Saturday for breakfast with my wife and her parents. We had all been to Wildflower Cafe before and whenever our initial pick had a long wait, this was our choice. This Wildflower is quite large and has both indoor and outdoor seating available. Whenever you walk in you are greeted with all of the wonderful looking pastries and cookies behind some glass. It is the type of place where you walk up, place you order, get an identifier and head to your table where it will be delivered. Since the temperature was mild on this morning we decided to sit outside. For breakfast on this morning I was all set to get the sweet potato & greens breakfast bowl whenever my wife pointed out the spicy chorizo frittata. Oh man, now I had a tough decision on my hands. In the end my wife ordered the bowl while I ordered the frittata. The sweet potato and greens bowl was described as sunny eggs over kale, spinach, red onions, red bell peppers, veracha, goat cheese & pepitas served with artisan toast while the spicy chorizo frittata was described as cheddar, potatoes, roasted red bell peppers, scallions, avocado, cilantro & salsa served with home fries & artisan toast. Honestly I glossed past that toast part on both of the meals but I shouldn't have as it was delicious. It was a sour dough with a nice crust and a fun herb butter on it. The potatoes for my meal came on the side too and were well cooked and had a nice amount of flavorful rosemary on them. Last but not least was the frittata itself. I can't say that it was spicy but it was tasty as the cheddar and sausage combined with the egg for a nice flavor while the the red peppers brought some brightness to the dish and the avocado added texture and a healthy feeling. Not to be outdone by my frittata, the bowl was also delicious and I especially loved the healthy feeling from the kale base and all of the vegetables in it. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I really enjoyed our food and it felt a whole lot healthier than expected. read more

I used to love Wildflower, but unfortunately the service has gone downhill so much that it's not even worth going anymore, let alone paying the inflated prices. This last experience did it in for me when I waited 48 minutes for a quart of soup that is ready to be served immediately. That was my entire order, soup. I understand that restaurants are overrun and very busy nowadays, but there is no excuse for a customer to wait 48 minutes solely for a small amount of soup that is premade and ready to go. read more

I got the chopped salad with chicken, not bad needed more dressing so hint ask for two when you order. My son got one of their sandwiches which had way too much tomato! The tomato to meat ratio was off a little... that's the only reason I'm not giving them 5-stars they need to rethink the sandwich. Today I ordered Uber eats delivery from this company. The lemon vegetable soup was mild and delicious and arrived at proper temperature. Additionally I ordered the salmon and chive toast which was absolutely delectable. Lastly I ordered the brie and fig toast, which was equally as delicious. I have rarely eaten at this location but intend to do so in the future as I was surprised by every different element of each item. The brie and fig was sweet with honey and pistachios and it appeared the bread was hollowed out to give you more of the actual filling. The flavors were Fabulous My tummy is full (very full), and my tastebuds are Happy My waitress Diana, was lovely and had a new pot of coffee made for me in spite of it being late in the afternoon, and kept an eye on my things when I had to run off to the ladies room. Met a friend for lunch this afternoon, and I had never been here before. I'm not really sure why, but that will definitely change after today. I got the turkey breast and brie (anything with brie makes me happy!!) on marble rye. It was full of delicious tender turkey and the rye was incredibly soft and delicious. I also loved the whole grain mustard they put on it...so perfect with the flavors. My friend got the power salad...it had kale, brussel sprouts, goat cheese, zucchini and lots of other good things in there. Food wasn't hot. We had pancakes and a frittata. They used to have whipped butter that was delicious. Now it's a cold pad of butter that doesn't spread :( This is a great place to grab a cup of coffee to visit with friends and family but food isn't what it used to be. So moderately priced and below average quality. Young manager today wasn't very friendly and seemed irritated when we asked him a questions.
