Placed an order online on a Monday for a Thursday delivery. My Mother in law never received her flowers for her birthday. I called the florist immediately. The woman on the phone said it was an oversight. Well not acceptable!!! they said they would send them out today ( Friday) which is NOT my mother in laws birthday and now I look like the asshole who forgot her birthday. But my money was deducted from my account before Thursday. The only way that Wildflowers florist would make this right would be to refund me my money for their mistake and deliver the flowers apologizing to my mother in law for their mistake. Pleasantly surprised with my experience. I need a last-minute corsage for my teens prom. When I called the female sales person was very nice over the phone. I tried to be nice and basically said just give me something simple whatever you have on hand since were calling so late but she was able to accommodate my white rose wrist corsage request. I was even able to call back with my credit card number for easy pick up on the day of prom. This was my first time visiting the florist I never realized it was next to zebra coffee. The corsage look fresh and well put together and was a beautiful addition to my teens dates dress. They said "yes. We don't have those flowers". My first question is "was I not worth a call back?". 4) she asked when I want the flowers (today is Tuesday). I said that I would like them in Saturday. 5) She immediately came back and said "no, we don't want to order carnations". I was handled in a rude manner. I don't think my request was too much. If you have need for florals you should absolutely contact Wildflower! They recently provided the flowers for my wedding at the San Diego Botanic Garden and did the most amazing job! They really worked with the space to make sure the florals complimented the gardens and everything they created was perfect. It's rare that you find wedding vendor who you can completely trust with artistic license for your special day and know it will be everything you ever wanted and more, but the ladies at Wildflower are that vendor. They managed to find peonies for me completely out of season, and made the most gorgeous arrangements and bouquets that each held special little touches. I had ordered a bouquet for my mother prior to the wedding and commented on how much she loves sweet peas and they even remembered that and made sure they sweet peas were featured in bouquets as well! Never in my life have I smelled such fragrant flowers. I know what you're thinking- it's a flower shop. But think again my friend! It was like I died and went to Hawaii when I walked into this place. The flowers were gorgeous as well and the arrangements were SO awesome and unique! I'm no flower buff, per se, but I'd like to think I have some pretty good taste. That being said, I walked in having no clue what I wanted. I just said that I wanted something elegant yet eye-catching and that smelled as good as the store.
