Words cannot convey my disappointment with the service and experience I had with Wild Willy's - honestly, one star is too kind, zero should be an option. This Valentine's Day they were to deliver flowers to my wife's work. I was excited, had never had flowers delivered to my wife's work before, she would be blown away by the surprise plus she's pregnant and would have been really special. Figured this was going to be major brownie points. Spoke to Erica (who I later found to be the owner) to confirm, wrote a personalized card etc, delivery was guaranteed by noon. I waited for my wife's excited call or email...never happened.. at 2pm I called the store. Was told the flowers went out, waited another hour - now 3pm, work day ends at 5pm and called back asking to speak to Erica. They eventually noticed that the flowers had been forgotten and were still in the back of the store - I was told delivery would not be possible, I was flabbergasted and after waiting a few seconds for an apology instead Erica just hung up on me. I called back and asked if someone from the store could personally deliver the flowers, I got a hard and unapologetic no! As if I was being unreasonable. It was like I was talking to a disenchanted coop student - not the owner of the store. Again, this was Valentine's day, you'd think a flower shop would be sensitive to this, instead there was no interest in offering any solution, apologies etc. I was seriously just blown away. Not the end of the story. I was told they would credit my card for the purchase price ($214) and that it could take a few days to show up. 14 days later I still received no credit, called the store Erica told me the credit had been done and hung up again. I had to call Visa to dispute the charge and of course they took care of me. Bottom line, I can't believe this place is still in business. You'd think the owner of a flower shop would be a nice person, committed to customer service etc. This woman is unfit to manage a chip truck. Would never recommend this place to anyone even as a cruel joke. read more
