Buyer BEWARE!! We had S & J Landscaping do a lot of landscaping at our home last summer that cost…read moreus thousands of dollars. Their price was extremely high and we did modify it somewhat, but still paid a lot for the work. While everything looked good at the beginning, things began to deteriorate quickly. When we noticed that things were starting to die, Jim (owner) told us we were under-watering. First the hydrangea plants died and when Jim pulled them out, the hole they were in was filled with water. He still wouldn't admit we had a problem. Then one of the trees began to die. We had to pay another company to put in a drainage system, replace one dead tree and replant another that was close to dying. All of the perennial plants died and other parts of the job were never finished. And yes, we did try communicating with him via phone and letters, but Jim did not stand behind his work. We asked him to split the cost of the new charges with us, but he would not. In fact, when my husband tried to talk with him on the phone about it, he began cursing and yelling. He may have been in business a lot of years, but he doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable and he does not stand behind his work. His equip is very old and many of his staff did not have experience. I would never recommend S & J for ANY landscaping job!

We were SHOCKED at how many trees there were. We kept thinking we made it to the end of the trees, just to realize there were acres more! The tree farm also offers free hot coco and cookies, which were a nice touch! We will be back next year!

My wife and I enjoyed some beautiful sunny weather at Robinson Family Christmas Tree Farm the…read moreweekend prior to Thanksgiving this year. The family who runs the farm is very friendly and helpful, showing us all of the pre-cut trees in the front lot and also showing us the "u-pick" portion of the farm in the back. There were TONS of trees in the back of the farm--you would never know from the parking lot! What an awesome memory to make with your family. There were free saws that you could borrow to cut down your own tree and they also offered to wrap it and haul it to your car for you! After getting your tree, there is a nice heated barn with complimentary hot cocoa, cookies, and other treats for purchase! Lots of farm animals too for the little ones to pet. We definitely enjoyed our time here and will be back next year!
