New management bought it (I believe that the folks that own the Dugout own it now) They tore down the old building and built a brand-new, two story one, so the place is not the funky, grungy little dive it was before. It's bigger, better lit, with more parking. The bar is better stocked, and the sound system is better. Otherwise, it's still a small town strip club. I won't give any of the nitty gritty details, there are other sites for those reviews, but if you're willing to spend money at a gentleman's club, it's as good as any cabaret in Savannah or Hardeeville. Pulling into the establishment, you're greeted with a VERY long driveway that is chocked with potholes you HAVE to drive/zigzag your around. After about a 1/4 mile, you come to a "guard shack" that is still about 100 yards from the main entry. At the guard shack, (no ladies discount) ... and no ability to check the place out first before you pay! (there's a reason for that which I'll get to shortly!), you pay your $10 per person to get in. Once you've paid, you are then allowed to negotiate the remaining potholes to your parking spot outside this establishment. (I use that term loosely!) There were some well dressed gentlemen who kept watch at the entry to the adjoining / attached sheds and trailers which comprise this business. They were all very cordial and respectful but after my girlfriend and I had walked through the place and realized what we'd walked into, she no longer wanted to be there and asked for our money back. (we'd already purchased drinks at this point!) They informed us that there was a no refunds policy under any circumstances. I held my girlfriend and tried to reassure her that it'd be okay, that we had already paid and we should give it a fair chance. Who knows, perhaps they'd have many beautiful women there who would take our attention off our "environment". She agreed ... even though it appeared that there was only one girl working there. We were told that they'd have at least 5 girls working tonight, so we decided to sit it out and check for ourselves! They did have 5 girls working that night! ... but that was all. Only one of the 5 ever got fully naked while we were there. She was beautiful and lots of fun, along with one of the others too but overall, it was pretty odd when compared to many of the other clubs we'd been to. The only place to sit, were on regular, stackable chairs lined up against a wall on each side of a make-shift stage. The stage was a large 1-foot high box that ran down the length of the room. Coming out of the box and up to the ceiling were a couple poles that you might expect to find. It was really a very sad excuse for a stage deserving of these women who worked very hard for your entertainment. I really felt sorry for them. It's kinda like hiring a star athlete for your team and having them just ride the bench. These girls deserved a stage worthy of them! In looking around, the floors were very roughly finished cement. If an older person would to come here, it could be very hazardous for them with all of the uneven, UNMARKED surfaces that must be negotiated when walking through this place! I'm amazed that no one has injured themselves attending a show here! Or have they perhaps?? Music was (I think?) a DJ and the tunes were pretty decent, my girlfriend tipped them to play a song which we never heard played. Dancers seemed to have a bad habit of being in the moment with you and then just walking away in the middle of a dance to "attend to something" or chat with a coworker. Then try coming back ... the vibe would all be wrecked! This was done repeatedly. It got to be quite annoying! LaIndia (I think was her name?) was really quite beautiful and very exotic looking! But like I said, you really didn't get to see too much of any of these women. It was the worst clubs (possibly even one of the worst places) that we'd ever been to! The entire vibe is off! It's even a little odd about how late they open too! 11pm! Ouch! Our night was really disappointing while there. It was too bad that this place cares more about their bottom line and how many people they can screw out of a buck, than to actually provide a clean, fun place to hang out and enjoy the local beauties!
