History

Established in 1976.

Maintaining traction in a tough industry requires perseverance and professionalism that few can manage and few can master. The professionals operating in this industry must be as tough as the oil industry. That toughness and commitment have become an integral part of the broader company culture. Wilbanks’ ability to not just survive, but thrive in a demanding environment is a testament to the professional character of the company, and to the hard-working team that is Wilbanks.

Horrible people. The Wilbanks sons & Michelle have ruined everything about this company.

The director and staff at Ballard was wonderful to me and my husband after my mother passed away…read more Very professional and took extensive time with going over the arrangements with us. Showed lots of compassion and sensitivity at a difficult time. We were pleased with the service and the announcement on their webpage of my mother's obituary. I would give them five stars. I will comment that this funeral home is right off of Main Street in Roswell and it's a beautiful old mansion, but the exterior looks to need repair. The concrete on the entry is starting to break away and the beautiful white pillars need repair along the bottom. Everything on the inside look to be well maintained and there were people working on the floors to making them shine while we were in there.
