After being used to owning it's tough to rent...but I have found the Gulfshore Arium apartments a…read morenice fit. Apartments are well maintained and if you do have an issue arise, the maintenance crew is quick and gets the issue resolved with little fuss. I've never had to wait more than a few hours to get my issues looked at and usually fixed right away. If you visit the office Samantha or Adiene are there to give you a warm smile and assist you with your needs. These ladies are the backbone of this community and we are lucky to have them! The pool area and weight room are kept clean and problem free. The location is fantastic. Located minutes from 1-75 and near Pine Ridge and Airport Pulling, the location puts you near shopping centers and several grocery stores. If you want to hit the beach you are only 10-15 minutes to several beach locations. Downtown 5th Avenue in Naples is only 15-20 minutes away. Miami is about a 2 hr drive down 75. Here's a major point...Since the coast of Florida is susceptible to the occasional major tropical storm or hurricane you want someplace safe. Durning Ian (2022) The Arium sustained little water damage (ponds overflowed a bit) and only lost power for one day. By the following afternoon, it was business as usual, while those closer than us had some severe damage. This area is considered "B" Zone and is about as close as you can get to the coast without the worry of storm damage. Something to think about if you want to be able to enjoy the area amenities and not have too big of a worry about storms. If you are looking for a place to rent at a reasonable rental price, this is it. Close to 'everything', many amenities, and a staff who will assist you when needed...and pet friendly!

Like others, I was caught by the shady dealings of this complex…read more TLDR: They make you put money upfront then make it impossible to rent, don't honor their contractual promises, act like you are obligated to obey their demands despite them not signing the contract, and try to steal your earnest money. Plus model release & identity theft! Longer-- This complex seems to be operating a scam. They make you go through this cumbersome online application process, and pay hundreds of dollars upfront. Then they start making demands you jump through hoops. You're then worn down dealing with their broken software, getting timed out, having to deal with an absurd number of arbitrary contracts -- for instance they force a model release giving them the right to use your image and name and likeness in any advertising they want! Finally you just want an apartment so you go get renters insurance, making sure it covers them too- always wondered why they want you to buy insurance that covers them? You think you are getting an apartment so you put up with it. But you are now hundreds of dollars in and hours if your life committed... and they got you! The demands never end! They act as if you are obligated to obey demand they make-- despite never putting their signatures on a contract-- and yet they refuse to abide by their promises. Offering something with conditions and then changing the conditions and not keeping their end of the offer is potentially fraudulent. For example they want "ID verification", this can be accomplished simply by looking at you and your ID. Or it can be done by third parties in ways that protect against identity theft. But this company doesn't care the least about you. So they demand you submit your information to a service that is insecure and doesn't follow security best practices, that takes information unnecessarily and indemnifies itself if it gets hacked. Thousands of people have had their identities stolen because they trusted services like this. Of course the employees at springs are not tech savvy. But that would be ok, if they weren't also dishonest. Remember they make you pay several hundred dollars in fees upfront and threaten to steal your money if you don't comply. They are very clear in the threat. In fact the first message I ever got from them was a threat to steal my money-- and violate Visa's merchant agreement requirements in the process. (See picture of first message received.) When they try to intimidate you this way in their first personal communication, you know this is a common practice. I suspect they may use racism to exclude certain "undesirable" people -- they are certainly clear about their intention to be an "exclusive" community and do extensive background checks-- but I cannot prove they are racist. They just smell that way. I guess it is a profitable filter to make sure they only have obedient sheep living there! Plus if they are charging $1700 a month in average rent, but they are able to steal $300 from from hundreds of applicants with this swindle, they may make more in application fees than from the apartments themselves! I suggest people look at the "not recommended reviews". It appears they are doing review shaping to hide negative reviews.
