Signed up in July with my credit card and assumed it was on autopay. The service is so much faster…read morethan AT&T. My disappointment is that today in the middle of a conference call via WiFi, the line went dead. I was unable to rejoin an important call. Apparently, the autopay was never set up and my bill was overdue. OK, shit happens with new service being set up properly. My issue is that I was two months overdue and no one contacted me. No email, no call. I did not pickup a call from Stephenville, TX, I live in Corsicana. Since no voice message was left, I assumed it was one of the many I identified solicitation calls I get daily. Minutes later my internet was cut off. They also charged a late fee to reconnect service. They couldn't even set up autopay over the phone, I have to go by the office or fill out a form that they can mail out on request. No option to fill an autopay authorization online. This needs to be rectified immediately. For a technology company, they have low-tech customer service.

The quality of equipment, install personnel and customer service are all terrible. Few months in…read moreand multiple equipment replacements, all while dealing with the customer service people on the phone is like taking to someone who wants nothing to do with you. Have been outright lied to by them and when called on it the manager won't even bother to talk to call you over it. The install was terrible, just a 1' piece of flex out of the box and the line just laying across the yard, not even attempting to make it look like they care even a little. I'd go with anyone but this company for my internet

The last person who reviewed this retail store must have had a vastly different experience than I…read more I was sent into the store by AT&T to have my (paid for) iPhone XR unlocked. The two young gentlemen "working" in the store were wholly unhelpful. They told me they couldn't do anything but to "call Apple," though they had no direction as to phone number, department, etc. where I should could Apple. Was I supposed to pick one of their 135,000+ employees and just call? Furthermore, as I advised them, Apple's website support forum regarding unlocking a device to change carriers clearly states FOUR TIMES IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS that moving a device from one carrier to another should be handled BY THE CARRIER. Perhaps this is unclear to those that work at T-Mobile. As if all of that wasn't enough, when I asked to use the store phone (as my phone was a useless brick at the moment) to call Apple, one of the employees snorted, "can't you just use your friend's phone?" And on top of that, their only other recommendation was to "just go back to the AT&T store and buy a new phone." Oh, sure. Let me just whip $1200 out of my pocket and go buy a new iPhone, because the one I have in perfect condition isn't good enough. I know you're probably reading this like, "how rude!" but that's not even the best part. I was at the store on Wednesday, April 8. You know, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic shuttering most of the United States and causing nationwide precautions to implemented to keep people from transmitting the disease to each other. I will note, I was wearing a mask. Neither of the employees were, but that's not even the problem. The problem was that one of the employees openly stated to his coworker? God? Me? The room? that he had symptoms of COVID-19 including a cough and a fever/chills and made a joke about coming to work anyway. Your call, T-Mobile (or whoever owns this franchise), maybe you want potentially infectious people working with the elderly and immunocompromised, but that just seems bad for business. If they die, they won't have a T-Mobile plan in the afterlife.

He say's he'll bury it before he leaves. He doesn't. He leaves and left my yard messed up. Since when do contractors start digging BEFORE THEY HAVE VERIFIED THE ADDRESS?! I was in the phone and chat and messages with spectrum service and escalation teams all day and they promised to have this fixed immediately. It was not. I've been put off and told that the earliest appointment would be 3 days out. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'm about to file a lawsuit for your contractor digging up my PRIVATE PROPERTY HE WASN'T INVITED ON. Spectrum..... you better make this right.

The service with this company is horrid. They tell you they will do something, and then they do…read morenot do as promised. Worse yet is the number of times their story changes. I would ALWAYS write down information from this company because you WILL need it. I also really get upset when the company acts like it was something special or beyond normal expectations when they FINALLY take care of you. I hate being told one thing and then it does not happen or when I need to call, call, call to fix issues. HORRID company. As a sidebar...their bill states that they have a State Cost Recovery Fee on the bill. If you look down the bill in the description area the company's notes it says: Recovery Fee - The State Cost-Recovery Fee is not a tax Charter is required to collect from its customers by law, but is a charge that is made in order to recoup money paid by the company for taxes imposed on it. I think a company which makes as much money as they do should be able to pay its own taxes.
