For the love of all that is holy, save yourselves and do not, I repeat, DO NOT order the mac & cheese they are advertising right now (5/18/24). This stuff makes Kraft Mac & Cheese (the boxed stuff with the orange "cheese" powder seem like Michelin star food. It was so awful I refused to even give it to my dog, Hank (who will eat anything). To start, it was ice cold, so not really up to Health Department's standards on temperatures food should be kept at. The "cheese sauce" was a runny consistency in line with the consistency of milk. They must have tipped the bag over or on it's side since it was all over the bag and the box...and eventually all over my hands. The taste? I don't even know how to explain it other than AWFUL. The pasta was even an odd texture. Gluten free pasta is better than what they served tonight. And, had I actually liked it I would have (and was anyway) been annoyed at the fact that it was about 3 tablespoons worth of mac & cheese that cost almost $5.00. Total rip off even if it tasted good. I gave them 3 stars because what I actually stopped by for was a plain hot dog with cheese, and the little six pack of corn dogs as a special treat for Hank, and my cat, Smoosh (long story), that likes to help him with them. I bought the mac & cheese thinking I would try a bite of it and then store it for tomorrow. And I stored it right in the trash. My hot dog was good, although really salty for some reason. However, I love salt (too much) so it didn't bother me. I took a bite of Hank's and Smoosh's mini corn dogs and they were good too. Service was ok. They had a poor lady struggling at the window and it was super busy. She appeared not to understand English very well, which is fine, but her coworkers were letting her struggle in the window. Why in the world wouldn't they help her out, especially when the line was out onto the street?? She was so sweet, and I just felt bad for her because you could tell she was a bit frazzled. I'm sure I will be back in a few months time when I get that random hot dog craving long after Costco's food court has closed for the day. And if my review saves just one person from suffering the disgusting-ness that is their mac & cheese then my job here is done. read more

Disgusting, disrespectful, unacceptable and unprofessional. Bumping loud music as well. There were only two workers closing. There was a younger Hispanic woman making my food that didn't wear gloves and she was touching everything with her bare fingers and a cashier who took my order and payment- she was an older Hispanic woman that called me a "pendejo" meaning "dumbass or asshole" for asking for a refund politely. The cashier woman was also touching everything with her hands, even a dirty rag and she was cleaning the counter with right next to where the cook was making our food and just literally left it there. I came in about 11:30pm or so before closing time and ordered in front and an older hispanic woman was my cashier. I ordered a small fry, two chili dogs, chili cheese, 2 veggie dogs and a large strawberry lemonade. I paid $25.22. My wife seen everything that was happening because she is 5'3 and can see right through the window counter and I'm 6'6 so I would have to bend over to see because papers on the glass windows were blocking my view. Anyways, I asked for a refund after my wife informed me and the cashier asked "why" and my wife told her "that woman isn't using gloves" and the cashier responded with, "we don't use gloves here" then my wife responded with "yeah, that's the reason why." She quickly became annoyed and the cooked asked the cashier, "what was wrong" and proceeded referred me as a "pendejo". Jokes on them, it's funny how they just think I'm just black and don't know Spanish. Low vibrational staffs. She was frustrated that the receipt machine wasn't working because she was trying to give me my refund and she never even gave me my receipt when I paid for my food. My wife was pretty annoyed and went to the car by this time. I quietly waited patiently for my refund. And a couple minutes later she ended up just giving me a cash refund which was $25.22 without the receipt (again) without saying anything to me (which was a good call on her end). I ordered at the window not through the drive thru. The cashier was not very attentive to what I was ordering and I had to repeat my request numerous times for a 5 item order (~2 times per item). Tried asking for a receipt and i got brushed off, stating that it had fallen on the floor. There was around 4 workers inside making food and it took around 10-15 minutes for a hot dog, corn dog, mac, fries, and one drink. A good janky meal you are slightly ashamed to admit that you go every once in a while. Ignore the nice photogenic girls picture in the photo section. The reality is, most of us are in spongebob pjs, Adidas slippers and free company t shirts when we come here at 11:30pm at night. There's nothing to be ashamed of.
