We were fortunate to be visiting a friend on this island and she recommended we eat a special…read moredinner at Petersons. It was one of the best meals we have experienced in Europe. We ordered the Ling Cod with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables with brown butter and ginger soy sauces. The cod was encased in a delicious lemon breading where each bite was delectable and irresistible. I will be recommending this restaurant for all future visitors to this island Plan ahead, reservations can be difficult to obtain.
