So I…read moreoriginally booked a package that was $260 I failed to realize it was 5 payments of $260, this becomes important later so remember this. So I made my first payment but I thought I ordered the wrong package on March 21 of this year. Getting in and taking the I classroom portion was fairly simple. I emailed the instructor on March 28 to get all the details out of the way and I was explained to that after the classroom portion there is a one on one class driving portion that was $425 and includes both classroom and the private instructor price so thinking I booked the wrong package I paid this price and signed up again for a class that started April 1. My son was able to get in to the classroom section without a problem. The instructor was great again let me bring to your attention at this point I have paid $250 plus 425...Now they have gotten my money and the out of classroom section out of the way this school Goes downhill from there. I was constantly checking their calendar to be told that they wouldn't have any openings for 6 months. I emailed the instructor because I noticed a couple other charges of $260 and I was told on May 6 that they realized they had over charged me because the original package had booked included the classroom portion and private lessons and I had actually over paid by 165 because they had at this point charged me for 4 of the 5 payments plus the extra $425. They than explained to me that they can just convert the extra payment to an extra one on one driving time and again directed me to their website that would be opening in Aug on a first come first serve basis for my son to get his private lessons. They then canceled the original package I booked since I had overpaid on May 6. So I wanted until Aug 1st at midnight to look for openings on their calendar for private driving lessons and you guessed it, I kept getting no classes open for 6 months. So I emailed them on Aug 3 and had someone call me to tell me their policy is not to book on their calendar but to email them for the one on one classes which I had been doing since April so I'm confused. The lady I talked to than told me when she made it home she would schedule my son for a lesson for the end of August. I waited until Sept 3, one full month for that class to be scheduled and you guessed it, it never was. So I emailed them and asked for a refund, well parents if you dis-enroll your child you are charged a penalty even though it's their fault their calendars are never open so save your money and just go somewhere else because they look for any way to take your money and not honor their obligations but they sure want you to honor yours. Save your money and go to another driving school. This place is definitely giving scam

I want to thank him so much for his guidance, and his professionalism while he was teaching my son. Because of his guidance, my son passed his test on the first time. My daughter completed the lecture portion of her driver's education course on November 21, 2025. As of today, April 2, 2026, we have been unable to schedule the remaining driving lessons required to complete the program, despite payment being made in full and upfront. Students are required to log on every Friday after 6:00 PM to attempt to book a single lesson at a time. We have only been able to secure two lessons -- both of which required us to continuously refresh the company's webpage for up to an hour before a slot appeared. One of those lessons had to be canceled due to illness, leaving four lessons still outstanding. Since, we have been completely unable to secure any availability whatsoever. This scheduling system -- which restricts students to booking only one lesson per week and makes availability impossible to access -- is grossly inadequate and, at worst, deliberately deceptive. The chronic lack of availability is a strong indicator that this company is knowingly enrolling more students than it has the capacity to serve. This constitutes a failure to deliver contracted services. Compounding this issue, we have been entirely unable to reach anyone at the company by phone. Numerous voicemails have been left with no response. The complete lack of customer communication, combined with the inaccessible scheduling system, reflects a pattern of negligent and potentially fraudulent business practices. My daughter's learner's permit will expire before she is able to complete this course through Safe By Choice Driving, forcing us to enroll in another driving school at additional expense -- despite having already paid this company in full. Found numerous complaints from other customers describing identical experiences. Not an isolated incident but rather a systemic and ongoing practice

I went on Yelp and found Safe Driving School. The lady was pleasant, so I went ahead and signed her up. That same evening my daughter was driving. The driving instructor was beyond knowledgeable and kind. Unlike the other driving school instructor, he knew where he was going and wasn't constantly looking at his phone. He also spent the entire time with my daughter and gave her some tips that I am even going to use. It was definitely a different experience, and I can't say enough good things about Safe Driving School.

Do not trust this business; they tried to scam me, and I had to go through UHaul to get my money…read moreback. I went to Tag and Title Boutique to drop off my U-Haul reservation. I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. My U-Haul was to bring large furniture to my new apartment there were never even any trash bags in the truck. I asked to review the footage and was told it would be sent to me. It's been four days, and I have not received any footage, just photos of trash bags nowhere near where I left my truck. I asked the woman on the phone to review the footage, as I was certain I hadn't dumped any trash, but she refused. I had to go through UHaul to get my money back, and I never received any apology or acknowledgment that I was accused of something I did not do and then charged.
