He also chipped a pile of branches I had. He chased the above roots so I can lay sod. His stump removal service came the next week and did a great job. They added dirt and grass seed. They had to park on the non parking side of the street bc as they explained to me we can't drag limbs in front of cars and cause accidents. My front yard was used to stage everything for chipping and all the service trucks were coned off. I have driven past other companies that also park on the non parking side of the street as well. All tree companies are considered service companies and can even close the roads and sidewalks completely off if they feel it is unsafe for cars, pedestrians or themselves bc cars don't slow down when they are working I have witnessed that when they did my tree. I'm glad they go the extra mile to make sure everyone around them is safe. Give them call 515-278-5200

My husband called to set an appointment to have two trees trimmed in our yard, and spoke with Randy. Randy told him he'd be able to come out next week, and we asked that he give us a call back to let us know what day he would be coming so we could be home. No call back, and no one showed up this week to cut our trees. I called again to check in with them, left a voicemail, again no call back. Today I finally got in touch with Randy again, who basically told me that our $350 job was too small for him to be able to tell me what day he would come, and made several excuses for the company's poor communication. For 20+ years of experience, they sure have some shoddy customer service. We'll be using another company.

But that's just the beginning..They over trimmed a beautiful hard maple. It is a slow growing tree & will never recover from this butcher job. Ameren hires them, I didn't. It's not their first time in my yard. They've never done this much damage to this tree. Clearly they no longer hire qualified people, and don't take pride in their company at all. They also destroyed my front yard with chemicals leaking from their equipment. This was a week ago and I can't get a real person on the phone. Just a bunch of messages, passing the buck to someone else. If you have a choice, do not hire Wright tree service!! Unfortunately, I didn't have that choice.
