Then I tried again to call to discuss my needs for the wedding and could not get through to a person - 2 days later finally spoke to gentleman who I found off handish and rude. Told to do all via email - decided to go else where for Some items I needed - but did order over $400 of stock from them. Rcvd order promptly - with one issue - then tried to deal with this issue over phone - unable to forced to use email. then when I HAD to speak to person to resolve issue - again rcvd rude gentleman and had to be quite forceful to get a response to my question. so happy to give it 3 stars - yet attitude and care to customers are my main issue with this business. I like that we can support small business in Australia rather than buy from overseas.. as Im a small business owner myself.

The new warehouse is amazing and it is so big you can go in now and look around choose your items…read more They have everything on the shelves for you to buy while you are there and the prices are great only drawback is they do no open on weekends
