Located in Penrith, about a 15 minute walk from Penrith station, Wicked Ink is a classy tattoo/piercing parlour. It is an immaculately clean, white studio, with friendly staff - even if they look a little intimidating with their multiple facial piercings and tattoos. The artists are professional, and talented. I had a tattoo done here a year ago, and my artist was excellent. He positioned my tattoo just right, and it was perfectly coloured. Before that, I had a cover-up done here, and my artist, Pixie, was excellent! She covered the tattoo exceedingly well, to the extent that it is no longer even visible! She is also very friendly and sweet, so if you're looking for a recommendation, she's it. However, you do need to make an appointment before you can get one done, it's not a walk-in type deal. I've been inked here twice and pierced twice, while their tattoo artwork is good, their piercing procedures are terrible. They are useless when you try to get advice on aftercare and are very rude and unprofessional. I don't bother going in here anymore, there are artists around Sydney that are much better and worth my time. They also need to find a receptionist who has a clue about customer service.
