Evan, the provider there, is an experienced paramedic, and his skill and knowledge are exceptional. But even more importantly, he treated me like a human being--someone he was genuinely committed to helping find a pathway to health and healing. He tailored my IV perfectly to my condition, and we added oxygen therapy and time in the massage chair. I left with my migraine reduced by more than 50%, but the deeper gift was having a truly good day--a day where I felt kindness, support, and a reprieve from my symptoms. I'm deeply grateful for Evan and my experience at Prime Hydration Littleton. Even though it's a 45-minute drive, I'm already thinking about going back. Don't second-guess yourself--go in and work with Evan. He is truly magic.

Please…read moreask a lot of questions upfront about the ingredients in the required SlimGenics snacks and supplements before signing up for this prepaid, non-refundable program. I was diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disease after signing up for this program, and the staff was unable to provide "real food" alternatives to their required snacks. In the end, the staff provided me with my calorie intake on plan and calorie intake needed to maintain and said I could continue to weigh-in, but they were not able to work with me to find snack alternatives to help maintain my weight. The foundation of the program works, but if you have any special dietary needs or plan to eliminate the SlimGenics snacks post program, proceed with caution. I paid in full for this program - made an investment in my health - and was only able to complete 1 of 3 phases due to the lack of flexibility offered within this program.

After initial…read morecontact via text (my preferred communication method), I was able to book my appointment and I was texting directly with Skintastic and not a bot (AWESOME)! Leading up to my appointment, I received a couple reminder texts about my appointment, which is helpful when life gets crazy. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by Jeff with such a warm smile. He welcomed me and told me I would be seen by Danielle once she finished with her previous appointment (I was early). Jeff offered me coffee and tea while I waited. After Danielle finished with her previous appointment, she called me back to the treatment room and we sat together talking about my goals and Danielle explained in depth about her personal experiences regarding her body image, about the machine, about treatment procedure, and about expectations. I appreciated the information and Danielle being upfront about not knowing how many sessions a client in another office had in between their progress photos. Because this machine is so new to her office, Danielle didn't have progress photos of her own clients (too short of a period). Nonetheless, I was excited about the procedure and my possible improvement in contouring. I say "possible" because 1 session isn't going to make a huge visible difference. The T-Shape procedure is awesome! You get some light suction and laser therapy that work simultaneously. Danielle and I chatted about various topics and it made the procedure go by so quickly (I was there for about an hour, I think). It felt so nice and reminded me of a skin rolfing massage procedure, but not as painful. You can go to any other office to get procedures done but Danielle and Jeff make their office the best option. They are a wife & husband team, so it's a small business and they are obviously an amazing team. I love Danielle's openness about her own personal journey because she connects with you (Honestly, when you see her, she is naturally gorgeous and it's intimidating) and you realize that she has the same intrusive thoughts that led you to her office.

(I also wish that all the people who gave her great reviews would revisit this site & click on 5 stars, above, so that the quality & value of what she does would be truly reflected!) My husband has been suffering from a chronic genetic condition for years; Lorna definitely has helped him stay off dialysis with her knowledge of herbs, supplements, minerals, & vitamins. For me, she has helped in so many ways---with handling stressors more effectively, reducing allergies (mine were severe) & allergic reactions, & several other health annoyances which traditional medicine just wants to prescribe prescription drugs for---which all have side effects! Nothing Lorna ever suggested we use had any side effects, which is a tremendous relief. Her knowledge of alternative medicine is amazing & comforting. We trust Lorna because she is so very well-informed & an expert in her field; she has always considered every available option, & allows us to choose what is right for us. I don't know what we would do without her expertise. We feel so lucky to be able to consult with her regarding pesky health issues which crop up from time to time.
