Honestly get a life, I've in California for 6 months and traveling for the last 10hrs so what if I slip up my words. I got in the in the car n greeted her with a nice hello cause I understand everyone has bad days, but she continuously talked to me like I was beneath her and like a know it all when I was giving her directions to my house. She started to tell me where things are and aren't when I had never asked. Then she yelled at me for the address again and when I had told her all she had to say was "oh". Then she begin to call my family's home a Airbnb multiple times and after I had told her no it's not she pulled up and told me that this was an Airbnb again trying to be a know it all, when she really doesn't know much. That is in fact my parents house that was an Airbnb for a couple months, however i didn't feel the need to her that because I know how to act my age and know it's not worth going back and forth with this adult baby. Always, I don't know if was because my black or because I got off the via rail that she thought I didn't ingersoll. She felt some pride in knowing this extremely small better then I did, and that's a little sad. It shocked me cause I literally did nothing to her to be so rude. Her attitude will catch you off guard for sure, I even heard her on the phone with another customer giving the same attitude.

I think this is extremely over-priced as a service to someone who is on disability, who cannot drive and only gets around on a wheelchair. Why is this service so much?!? I think this is absolutely disgusting that they would charge this much for someone disabled and on a fixed income. There must be something better for disabled people to get around and to their medical appt's. We're sick and tired of getting robbed because we're ill and infirm!
