Upon entry, nothing was gleaming or sparkling or fresh. This place needs a serious scrubbing. Chair grips were dirty. Rug was highly soiled. The kid working there simply humored my husband without following any of his directions about what he needed. They don't even have a lather & brush, the kid told my husband "it's broken". Seriously? Invest in a new one. Very rough DRY shave, no finesse no lubrication, no lather to prevent friction on the skin. Kid is staring at his phone while he's sitting there while the "hot steam towel" is in my husbands face. We were suspicious that the towel wasn't even laundered correctly. In hindsight, we literally should've walked out. No pride of ownership. People work hard and they pay for a solid service to be enjoyed. Unfortunately that is not what was received here.
