Bighorn Fire has great resources, lots of movies, dummies, and great personal experiences that make things relevant to my learning. If something didn't make sense she went over it with me till I had the "I get it!" moment happen. Judy helped to adapt things to my learning style and prior knowledge. If there was something not necessarily on her list of things to go over, but I had a question about it she would gather her resources and get the information for me. What is also nice is she can help get you the hours you need around your schedule since many of us work, but still need the refresher.
