Chicken lacked seasoning and so did the sauce. It's a new sandwich for them so it may improve over time. The seating area could use a few more tables. There's a big open area between the tables they have and the counter and the place feels really empty. The racing trophies they have are covered in dust and that kinda grossed me out. They also charge extra if you use a credit card which is a real pet peeve of mine. My sandwich was just under $11 for cash but was over $12 for using my credit card. It was a full 10% up charge. I may give them another try at some point, but I'm hoping this review helps them make some changes.

At no point did anyone come over to acknowledge the ridiculous wait, apologize sincerely, or offer any kind of compensation. It felt like they were prioritizing takeout orders over people actually dining in the restaurant, which made the experience even more frustrating. When my husband finally complained, we still didn't get much of a response. By the time the food arrived, we were all exhausted and cranky. To be fair, the food was good -- but absolutely not worth the experience. We will not be back. With a little bit of care, communication, and accountability, this could've been handled so much better.
