I was told that they would get back to me within a few days with a quote. When that did not happen, I assumed it was because of the holidays. I waited until after Christmas and sent an email telling them I was still interested and waiting for my quote. I got no response. I waited another week and text messaged the owner of this company and told him I was still interested in his services and I was waiting for my estimate and again, I got no response. I can certainly understand that this company was not interested in doing the job. However, it would have been nice had they had a little integrity to just tell me that they didn't want the job instead of ghosting me. This is no way to run a business.
