I had a fantastic experience at Whiteline Dental Clinic. The doctors and staff were incredibly attentive and provided very high quality service. It was very easy to schedule appointments with them. They always followed up afterward to make sure I was doing well. And every time I was in the office I felt I was in excellent hands. Last year they created a new dental device to go with my sleep apnea mouth guard and this year I had multiple appointments with them to see if I could do an implant crown here. I found out my insurance in the USA will cover it so I will do that there but I would have definitely chosen them if I were to do it here or I needed another procedure. read more

Best teeth cleaning every time! I visit family twice a year and always get my teeth cleaned at Whiteline. I've had 2 cavities at the gum line filled and there was no pain or discomfort. Everyone is super friendly and although they speak English, I like to practice my Spanish while there and they are patient and helpful. I had a great experience at Whiteline Clinical Dental! I had not been there before, but read some great reviews and really liked the video they made, from the mouth POV! It was creative and showed a good sense of humor! I came down to Mèrida from San Francisco CA in January. I had a partially broken tooth that had an old filling. I knew it would be very expensive to fix in the US without insurance. I had lived in Yucatan for 10 years and knew the dentistry was good and more affordable. My first impression of Whiteline was that it was very clean, bright, and professional looking. Dr Eduardo and his staff were very kind, reassuring, and accomodating. They told me I would need a 3-step procedure. First a root canal, then build up the broken tooth, and finally a porcelain crown. Dr Eduardo is a root canal specialist. My root canal with him was much faster and less painful than one I'd had 10 years previously! Whiteline brought in another specialist to do the build up and crown. It was excellent service, like the root canal. Also, it was nice to have all the work done at this same location, rather than traveling to another office! The whole process took 3 weeks. This included the initial consultation. It was necessary to wait for 1 week after the root canal for healing. And it took a week to manufacture the crown. The entire 3-week process was handled professionally. The team always communicated with me during each step (thru Whatsapp) and even before and after, when I was in the US. They were so nice and fun and their work was great. I even went to a dentist in San Francisco recently for a check up and they were admiring the work, both the crown and the root canal (which they saw in the x-ray)! They were able to finish the dental work (a crown that required extra attention) with excellent communication and care. This is by far the best experience our entire family have had with a dental team. They are very knowledgeable and they actually care about the best for the patients, In Canada where we are from the dentists only seem to focus on how much work they can bill you for at outrageous and unaffordable prices. Whiteline actually prioritizes what's best for the client and has affordable dental care without compromising quality. In fact we received more advanced care with Whitline than anywhere in Canada. I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to Whiteline Dental in Mérida. I've recently moved here from th US and hade 3 teeth damaged from old metal fillings. My dentist there immediately said I needed root canals and caps. Very expensive, even with dental insurance. When I moved to Mérida, I visited Whiteline Dental. They've perfectly fixed 2 of the 3 teeth so far using modern techniques that are, in my opinion, much better than my overpriced American dentist. No root canals, no caps! Just gentle removal of the old fillings, bonding the cracked teeth and beautiful overlays, at less than 1/3 of the US prices. The staff, dentist and specialist are awesome! They follow up with me after each procedure, explain exactly how they can help me, help with my insurance paperwork and speak English fluently. Wonderful because my Spanish is not yet up to par! I highly recommend Whiteline Dental and plan to continue my dental care with them. read more
