The procedure did not work for her and so I contacted white lake animal clinic about my concerns. Doctor Heaton told me that he would do the surgery and repair what was a Hernia in her abdomen. It was a total success and this surgery was not an easy one being that the diameter of the wound in the abdominal wall was 3 inches. Bruce was the best dog and he was an incredibly important dog. He was there when we just got…read moremarried. He watched me travel for 5 years solid and helped keep my wife happy/sane. He watched us bring both our kids home. When we retreated from Chicago to Holland during covid we knew Bruce may not come home with us. It crushed our small family but we wanted to have the best times we could with him. Ottawa Animal Hospital was the very best help and treatment we could have asked for during Bruce's last days. They were tremendously patient with our numerous phone calls. They provided both traditional and alternative treatments to make him comfortable. When Bruce's last day came they came to us to help make our final moments easier on my small children. I can't say enough good things about all the providers - I believe we worked with all of them and they are exceptional. Thank you for the compassion and helping Bruce.
