The Service team at Whiteface Ford were an absolutely amazing group of people to work with. I scheduled a few service items on my vehicle since it hit 100,000 miles. During their inspection of my vehicle they found a small oil leak from the crankshaft. Thankfully they had the parts in stock and were able to fix my vehicle in a timely manner. I was surprised to see they had sent a video of the inspection they did showcasing everything that was looked at and went into detail about the status of my vehicle, no other shop/dealership has ever done that to any of my vehicles before. Better customer service is needed. They had our vehicle for 2 months and asking 14,000 for a transmission repair. Outrageous it costs that much why buy American when you pay import prices. call White face Ford two weeks in advance to set up an appointment for a recall on my motorhome. Drove 250 miles out of my way and brought the motorhome and a day early to be serviced. Stayed in a motel that night went to pick up my motorhome and they said they did not know when they could get to it after setting up an appointment, I have had ford trucks my whole life and this has to be absolutely the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I cannot understand why they would set up an appointment and not honor it. I would definitely not buy a Ford product from this dealership. read more

Heading out on vacation with our 5th wheel we found ourselves in need of a new truck! We found one on Craigslist and texted for more information. Even though it was after business hours, a salesman responded and gave me details concerning the unit so we went to check it out. We met up the next morning, gave it a test drive and started the process. We got a fair value on trade in and since we were just traveling the service department was diligent (with short notice) in switching over our fifth wheel hitch and toolbox. We had 3 children in tow so they also graciously offered us a temporary vehicle to run out for some lunch and allow the kids to run around. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They even had full out conversations with our 2yr old. When we were faced with the idea of potentially having to cancel our vacation, we were more than pleased with their help to get back on the road in a timely manner! read more

The sales person was rude kept us waiting and then this very insulting with their offer on a trade-in I do not like the tactics they were trying to employ we filled out all of our paper before we went but yet we had to put it all in again and make a sit there and wait they didn't asked to any kind of a questions about what we wanted to how we got there it was a terrible experience !! I too was given a 300.00 gift card to a online shopping mall with about 20 things you can purchase. Then you have to pay a high dollar shipping on every thing you purchase! We should have known this deal was to good to be true!!!! Found a used 2010 F-250 at this dealer after searching for months for a v-10 at a good price. My dad flys up there to get it and sends me a picture of it on his way home and low and behold the 20" rims and tires that were in the picture are now replaced with the much cheaper looking 18" crap wheels, let's see what else is missing off the truck when he gets home!!! My son was in the market for a truck so I called about a used truck we saw on the website. Larry was very courteous, answered all the questions and gave me all the details about the truck. He actually went out and was walking around it while I was talking to him! This was on a Thursday and I explained that my son couldn't come until Saturday due to work commitments. No problem, but since he only lived 2 hours away (in Texas that is considered "close by"), they would bring it to him! If he wanted it fine, if not, they would take it back, no problem! I called my son and we made arrangements to meet at his home in Lubbock when he got off work. The couple that delivered the truck was so nice and polite. They had all the paperwork and it was just a matter of signing and writing a check! Easy, no hassle transaction. Didn't try to push a bunch of add ons. Just one more example of why I like to do business with smaller dealers instead of the big multi -location mega dealers! read more

Careful for scam marketing tactics to get you through those doors, I received a letter with a prize on it for $300 gift card and was also told while they had me looking at cars and tried to have me trade in mine that it can be used to purchase a amazon gift card bunch of lies. The gift card you get is only for one website with few cheap products you can buy at the dollar store for $1 being sold at $19.99 , $24.99. After looking at the website closer i believe they only have about 20 things for sale even with there multiple category choices . I don't normally do reviews. I believe that customer service should be expected and not rewarded on the rare occasion that you actually receive good customer service these days. However, my recent experience with Whiteface Ford has been so far beyond reasonable expectations that I feel I should extend them the courtesy of rewarding them with extemporary customer service. During the time that my vehicle was in the service center (Ford issue not a service issue), Whiteface extended every courtesy imaginable to me to make the experience as easy for me as possible! They placed me in a loaner vehicle at not cost to me, their staff was extremely easy to work with and they kept me informed of everything that they were doing. Amy, Eric, Daniel, (The new mechanic, Sorry I didn't get your name) and the entire Whiteface staff are exactly the type of people that every business should strive to have interacting with their customers.
