They were patient with me via email--lots of back and forth because I had a lot of questions. Tom was the person I was emailing. The contractor gave me the manual for my backyard light fixture and walked me through how to use the switches and how the motion sensors would function. They were finished within less than an hour and left no trash behind. I recommend.
