We found a warped door that has gaps and is hard to open/close. Loose boards on the edge of our roof. Rusted plumbing on the irrigation system. Most recently we found filter materials shoved in our vents limiting heat/ cool flow. I don't know if this is necessarily a bad company however itcost us a lot of money to take care of these items that were not caught in the inspection.
