Honestly this White Castle always hits the spot on a late Saturday night coming home. They're lobby is even open 24/7 so you can sit inside if you don't want to bring it back. My favorite thing to get here is the 4 chicken sandwiches and sometimes the loaded fries. It's always fresh when I go on Saturdays and the people who work the night shift are pretty cool. Horrible. Order a number 1 with cheese without onions and pickles. First off the soda was awesome, the fries nasty- salt on them and still tasted nasty. Now the burgers had no onions or pickles but the bread was wet for some reason and the burger tasted like it was rinsed off with water. If I ever had favorite White Castle, this would be it. Service is always polite and they get your food out relatively quickly. Food comes out fresh and tastes good. I would stick to the beef burgers, fries, and onion rings. Chicken rings gave me stomach issues after an hour. Great food to eat after a night of drinking. A dramatic improvement from what it used to be. The interior is clean and well laid out, staff is quick and courteous, and I don't know if it's just me, but the quality of the food seems to have increased as well. Food is tasty yet dangerous as with any white castle, however the level of customer service is far from good. Online order time for pick up was 108 pm and when I got there at 1:15pm they had not yet started to make the order. Now that im late getting back to work I know better than to come back here. Went here this weekend. I was in the car and the person driving was from PA and never ate at a White Castle before. I told her it is a done deal we have to stop. Aside from Harold and kumar movies. I have eaten White Castle 3 times and it is good fast food. Expecually when you have been drinking. I got a 10 mini burger meal with 2 orders of onion rings. I could only eat 3 of the mini burgers. I brought the rest back home to my friend who apparently loves White Castle. My uncle always calls the burgers" belly bombs". They will sneak up on you and make you full. Hit you like a truck. Overall the food is good it is still fast food tho. This location the food was very hot when we received it. Seemed like a lot of people were parked outside eating in there cars I don't know why. If you haven't tried White Castle before you should. This way you can tell people that you ate there like my friend was going to tell her friends You can't go wrong with the burgers. It's the best-run White Castle in the area, especially in the morning if you can, and if you are getting burgers - it's worth the wait if you can get them fresh. The staff that works in the morning is incredibly competent and efficient, especially if you establish a rapport with them. I go there about 2-3 times per month. I am not going to quite give it five stars because of the fact you have to ask for and/or wait a bit too long to get fresh burgers, even at off-peak times. Visited this store today, while they were a little "busy" I could easily see how my order or something like this was to get mixed up. Needless to say, after I was rung up and waiting at the counter for my order, an associate who I asked for her name, which was Capri, jumped and and saw the mix up and went into action to get me refunded my original order which was too much food, and got me handled! She really Wowed me! She was what I would call a model employee.... as when one jumps into a mixup, usually emotions run wild... not the case with Capri, she handled it to the point of disbelief, I was blown away in a way i've never been treated in a place like White Castle!! This place was my after school snack on the way back from high school. The burgers were so cheap and you could order so many of them. I would highly recommend coming here if you're on a tight budget. OK - went to this White Castle, err Love Castle for their Valentine's Day event. Have to say, I was very impressed. Mainly, it was the staff - that was very engaged in the spirit of Valentine's Day - they made it special. It was a lively crowd (place was packed - reservations only), great decorations and genuine fun! Yeah it was White Castle food and all, but something about the table service - made it seem special.
