We had a wonderful time there except the woman in the office who took our reservation. The place was beautiful. The office lady had a personality of a wet bed. The reservation system sucks. It says to check the day your are leaving, but it charges you for that day also and she would not take it off even if you left that day, unlike all other reservation systems across the world. I understand that Ty Pennington owns the ranch now, and he should know that he needs a much better ranch manager with some personality that people can live with for a pleasant stay. We had 58 family members there and had an enjoyable time. L was lucky enough to catch the problem before she finished charging me the $275.00 a day for the lodge. The other family members were not so lucky, and there were several. She refused to refund for that day they were leaving. She was quite rude to all. She also informed all of us that they had more money and more lawyers that any of us. read more
