I needed that under car wash with all the salt in winter, so I went middle of the road. You enter the mostly automated car wash getting your ride sprayed down by a pair of people with what looks like one of the worst jobs in winter. Seems like you'd never get warm. Once you're past them, your wheel locks in, you put your car in neutral, and the ghost of Mr. G drags you through an automated cleaning canal. Colors change. Suds spray. Scrubbers are applied. Your car is clean. You go into drive and leave. No scratches to my paint. Clean car. Better than being cold and spraying it down myself. This place also offers a ton of membership levels and even has a haunted car wash at Halloween. You read that right.

My car was way overdue for a detail on the inside and a solid cleaning on the outside, and 5 Diamond went above and beyond. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and the team can explain the different options and price points capably without feeling pushy. Brad's communication was great, and 5 Diamond finished the internal/external detail with ceramic coat and buffing in under a day. I won't be taking my car to anyone else for detailing in the Louisville area. Highly recommended!

This place is garbage!…read more First off, you drive into an area where you can vacuum your car before going through the wash itself (or after the wash too I suppose). The vacuum barely picked up any dirt at all, and forget about dead grass pieces, it's like the vacuum doesn't even recognize it as debris. I choose the top car wash, a whopping $30.00, which I have no qualms about paying for a quality wash. But THIS was NO quality wash. I went through the wash, and came out with just the surface dust knocked off my car! The windows were not clean, the tires and rims were not cleaned (included in the package I selected), the entire car looked barely wiped down with a cloth. I had to go home and wash it by hand.
