I have helped many of the brands I work for set up their own in-house studio with the help of the lads in Whelans. any equipment that's needed they helped me find and get. I love that once you get to know the lads they are always there to help you with any technical issues or advice. But even as a new customer they are still here to help you out and advise you in the right direction. At no stage have I ever felt like they just wanted to make a quick sale, actually found the opposite, once they know what im trying to shoot, what my budget is, they have always advised me well. They take everything you tell them into consideration to make your decision easier. It is the oldest and most respected store in Ireland, their customer service is first class and makes a refreshing change in today's world. They listen to your requirements, concerns and go out of their way to ensure that you are 110% satisfied with you purchase, if things do wrong they work closely with all the major manufacturers on your behalf.
