Very disappointed, after purchasing a 6 hour bundle of expensive driving lessons the Instructor…read morenever turned up. Waited an entire hour TWICE in the freezing cold without a phone call text or email of cancellation. Tried to log onto the system to see what happened and contact and re-book lessons, the system kept saying error occurred. Tried for 4 days with the online chat service and always been left in queue with 30 people, only finally got in on a Tuesday morning with 3 in queue. Apparently all my lessons were cancelled, to which no notification were given, I guess the only good thing is they give full refund no questions asked.

Had a instructor called David Adonga, terrible person, got scammed over £100…read more Had me deliver one of his other learner drivers back home instead of actually teaching me anything, would often turn on the radio, go on his phone & fall asleep whilst I was driving. I had paid for 10 lessons which cost £200 (At the time) got sick of his attitude after the 4th lesson so requested a refund of £100, not even the full amount, he said he'll pay it back, but always had to text and message him for over 4 months and still did not get my money back, eventually just gave up & decided to warn others of this person. Do your best to avoid if you don't want to get scammed. Even told the actual school about this and they said they could not do anything so that was a bit of a bad experience and a life lesson to not throw away money and keep searching for someone who is actually trust-worthy & knows what they are doing.
