I called him right away he was very polite, he answered all my questions and offered to even give me a personal number just in case he was out of the office. He always answered his phone and if not, it was his wife, both friendly! He was very reasonable when it came to pricing and he keeps his cars very clean and updated. When the day came, which he arrived a little early just in case: he was a total gentleman, complimented my blushing mother and drove us to the site. He opened our door and we took pictures with the car and family! Right before the ceremony which we arrived perfectly on schedule, I found out that the guests were running a tad late. My ceremony was at 12 but guests didn't start coming until 12:15 I was already upset about the lateness of the guests and Tony offered to wait with me. We shared stories and he made me smile. As a bride he made my day stress free and easy. He was a great chauffeur and friend. I would definitely recommend him to every bride to be! The car I used was a white 39packard it was lovely!! Beginning and ending a vacation can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be. Rachel's team is a well oiled machine. They pick you up and drop you off in your driveway. You get communications before you arrive at Logan, where they will pick you up, a picture of the vehicle and driver name. You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? You can trust Rachel and her team to take all that worry and stress away.

I asked the driver if he could make a quick stop on the way so I may get something to eat. He said it would be an extra $5 to do so The establishment was closed when we arrived. He then proceeded to say with a nasty attitude "well I'm not driving around all night!" ....that is literally your job. Worst can company in the area. She did not help up with any of our luggage, knowing that we both were using canes and had trouble putting the carry ons in the trunk. I will say no more.
