Disclaimer: this review is based on my experiences with American salons- this has been the only european salon I've been to. I'm here in Palermo from America for 5 weeks for school. I made an appointment online- I highly recommend this salon and my hair stylist. We walked in and we were warmly greeted and offered coffee and water. No one here really speaks English but that's what google translate and pictures are for! The appointment started of with aroma therapy and a nice head and neck massage. The hair washing was the most relaxing experience I've had at a salon. And the chair is also a massage chair- felt amazing I showed a picture of what I wanted to the hair stylist and told him via google translate that I wanted layers - didn't catch his name but he was tall, bald, large beard with arm tattoos. I love my results Salons here are also much cheaper compared to American salons! My hair wash and cut = 36 euros. They also gifted us with cute holiday candles!
