A nice WHSmith store in Burnley town centre, it is part of Charterwalk Shopping Centre and has the town's only Post Office at the back of the store. While it is only a small store, it does feel slightly nicer than other locations as they've replaced the outdated carpet with a nice wooden floor, which makes the store more cleaning and more appealing. The selection is OK, although it is small in some areas they did have a nice selection of books and stationery. The drinks fridge and selection of newspapers/magazines was smaller than an average WHSmith store. 3* - Good store for books/stationery or visiting the Post Office but they don't seem to have the whole WHSmith offering you'd expect. read more
