This is the smallest and least attractive branch of this newsagents that I have ever been in. It is located in a good position in the centre of Leek, but the shop itself is very small and cluttered. The worst thing about it is that the cash desk is close to the door and the queue (and there always is a queue) stops people getting into the shop or being able to get to the newspaper and magazine section. The staff are pleasant and friendly, but they have a lot to put up with, as people are always moaning about how long they have had to wait to pay, because there is usually only one person on the till, even at busy times.
