A place to go if you have any questions about your health insurance at GKK, reimbursements, etc. Prepare to wait long - you need to pick your number and wait until yours appear on the big screen. I usually need to wait 30-60 minutes, but it is a bit shorter if you go on a Friday morning, for example. Pay attention to the machine that prints out your number - sometimes people who have got a number and decide not to stay and wait after all leave their number on this machine - perhaps you can find a number which hasn't been called yet, you'll be much faster then.
Once you get your chance to talk to the staff, you see that the long waiting was worth it. They work fast but you don't feel rushed - they take their time to answer all of your questions, even the most stupid ones.
There is also a box where you can leave your papers/documents/whatever in case you just need to bring them something and don't necessarily need any further information - you save yourself a lot of waiting then.
Toilets are also worth mentioning. Since you usually have to wait long, it is important to know, that the toilets in the waiting room are very clean and nice.
I just wish they had a coffee machine :) read more
