Specialties
At WG Law, what really makes us different is the way we take care of people. Probate and estate planning can feel overwhelming, and our job is to make the process clear, manageable, and as stress-free as possible. We spend time with our clients, explain things in plain English, and make sure they always know what comes next.
Our attorneys work in these courts every day—especially in Collin, Denton, Dallas, and Tarrant counties—so we know the local procedures, the judges, and how to keep a case moving. Whether someone needs help after a loved one passes away or wants to set up a solid estate plan, we approach every matter with the same mindset: treat clients like family, be responsive, and do the job the right way.
History
Established in 2009.
WG Law was founded in 2009 by attorney Taylor Willingham with a mission to provide Texas families with clear, compassionate guidance in estate planning and probate. What began as a small practice in McKinney grew into a trusted firm known for its experience with Collin County courts and its focus on protecting family legacies. As demand increased across North Texas, WG Law expanded its services to include real estate, guardianship, and elder law, and later opened a second branch in Southlake. Today, WG Law remains committed to delivering practical, dependable counsel that helps families feel prepared and supported through every stage of life’s transitions.
