A flexible membership that gives me random drop-in options 4. Private rooms for small-medium sized meetings House of Work accomplishes all four of these marks. Located in the Pinheiros neighborhood, one of the best traits of this house turned uber cool (and comfy) office space is that it's smack in the middle of great restaurants (and all within walking distance). So if eating is just as important to you as working, you're in luck. The upstairs area has two private rooms for your meeting needs and even if you don't go to HoW on the regular it's worth seeing if they'll take you and your group. The cost is relatively expensive to rent a private space, so I recommend inquiring in advance. The larger room is great and has it's own balcony and the Smart TV is fantastic is you're doing a presentation or showing any videos. The internet was a bit faulty on one of the days we were there and we ended up having to use a personal hotspot for the last few hours. Nevertheless, the owner is very hands-on and is typically available to help with any issues.
