They never answer the phone, you have to constantly email them for updates. I tour a model home and was promise that my apartment that I am assign to look just like the model. There is no microwave, stove is very very old as well as refrigerator, all for $1327(fee included, which is not what they tell you when you first get there). They are doubling water price, pool look disgusting never cleaned as well as trash is all over property but you pay $10 for trash. You have to get 300,000 work of liability but the property doesn't even look at all like what they have online. They also told me to send an email with the problems I have had trying to get in this apartment and they would give me my admin fee back, that was also a lie. I have all the receipts. Very unprofessional company.

Local management tells you that you have to go through corporate for lease disputes but corporate never returns your calls or emails. My "newly renovated" unit had countless issues. Oven and dishwasher do not open, shower downstairs is completely missing the handle to turn it on, exposed wires outside, counter tops not even nailed down. This place isn't worth $400 per month and they are wanting $1513 per month. Ended up having to rent a hotel because I didn't feel safe living there after there. A police report for the harassment has been filed but corporate is still not taking my concerns seriously and are not allowing me out of these lease. They are managed by Elite management group and owned by Read properties; I would suggest avoiding any of these companies at all costs. I will be doing my best to spread awareness about this situation to make sure no other person is put in the unsafe position that I was in by renting with this company.

No bugs, no mold, no disruptive neighbors. If anything goes wrong, you can submit a work order online or simply call office. They provide new air filters every month. They offer lots of amenities. They also host events for their residents which is good. You get to meet everyone. They even feed us pizza here and there. The outside ALWAYS look good. Grass is always cut, Trash is ALWAYS down (unless someone has moved or something). Concrete leading to apartments are cleaned and leaf blowed. The only con i can think of is parking. It can be troublesome to find a parking spot later in the day when everyone is home. Personally, I couldn't find a spot one night so i parked in handicap since it was the only thing available. Woke up to my car being towed . They provide the towing service and number on gate before entering. Additionally, the apartments have courtesy officers on the premises for additional security and emergency conditions. I've met them and their pretty cool. They also attend apartment events. Overall, these apartments are a 10/10. I forgot to mention location too, we're located near everything. Landers Center is 2 min away. Tanger Outlet is 5 min away.
