I lived here for 3 years and I have a very long thorough on Google if you want to check that out. But I had such a bad experience that I want to leave another on here too. People have the right to know. This place will accept anyone, a lot of men with S A charges live here, which I get it everyone needs a place to live. But that kinda tells you the type of place this is. Also it's the cheapest apartments in the Parma and even most of Cleveland area. So if you absolutely need a place to live and have a criminal record I get it this might be your only option. And they know this. So I'm sure that's why they don't even try to fix things, get rid of pests, make any reasonable updates, etc. they know they can get by doing the bare minimum. My number one problem here was the cockroach infestation. And yes I mean infestation. There was a significant amount of centipedes too which I now know was because cockroaches are food to centipedes so they will just go where the food is. They never properly treated the cockroaches. On my Google review the property manager tried to say they did offer follow ups etc but that's a lie. I have all the messages saved but unfortunately a lot of the conversations were phone call which I'll never make that mistake again. They would only use sticky traps, which never caught a single roach. I had to treat it myself. (Can you believe the property manager had the audacity to say that's against policy lol) I had a baby living there and they were too cheap to properly treat the entire building which would have been the only solution. We all know how cockroaches are, they hide in the walls and vents and everywhere we can't see. The buildings are so small and compact. The washer didn't work for an entire year and a half and kept stealing your money. They "fixed it" multiple times, just like they "treated" the cockroach infestation. Lies. I wish I had the time and money to take them to court just to prove a point. Slumlords. My carpet was filthy when I moved in I deep cleaned it twice immediately in the first week of living there, the water was black in the deep cleaner. Of course the carpet was falling apart by the time I moved out, it was old and terrible quality to begin with, but guess who got charged for that? Me. The apartment I'm in now is 10000% different thank GOD. They had a few complaints of bugs here and did an inspection on the entire building one apartment by one. Also there was a ton of mold at Westview. The kitchen sink would back up into the tub?! The oven was too small to fit a regular size pizza in. Please just only live here if it's your ONLY option! read more
