Extremely disappointing experience with the service department at BMW Doncaster…read more We arranged a loan car because we were told our BMW X4 would stay several days for a recall repair and service. On the day, my wife was suddenly told the car would be ready the same day and that the loan car had to be returned immediately, despite our family commitments already being explained in advance. What was most disappointing was the attitude from the service advisor -- dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to listen. My wife ended up taking taxis, including for school drop-offs, because no one was prepared to show basic flexibility or customer care. For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. Poor communication and even worse customer service.

My car was sent to Winfield Automotive for repairs by the insurance company. From my first contact…read morewith Chris, Rob and Matt right thru to the end some 6 weeks later, there attention to the customer was first class. Emails were returned promptly & phone calls returned on time. The work done on the car came out like it was off the showroom floor. The paint job is superb, and even though all panels were not painted, you would never know as it all matches so well. All accessories on the landcruiser, which were many, look great and an all round great job. Would not hesitate to recommend them for any car repairs.

The quality of the repairs performed here on my 12 month old car after it was hit whilst parked…read morewere appalling. My car was returned with unfixed major structural damage making it unroadworthy. The general workmanship on the non-structural elements such as paint matching and panel alignment were also substandard. I could see the structural damage with my naked eye so I assume they thought I was stupid enough for them to lie to me that the car was fixed - I found it dishonest and offensive. The car ended up being written off by the insurance company because to rectify their shoddy repairs was not viable. I lost a rare badged vehicle which, if repaired properly first up, would still be on the road.

Not surprised with the service we received, it's Lexus…read more Planning to upgrade my car and went to Brighton Lexus. We are really happy with customer service. Alvin was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained us about the NX300 & NX300h and available options. Will be back again soon to purchase the Lexy. 5 starts for the amazing customer service.

I purchased an Audi A5 from these guys. As soon as I got it the brake light was on. I think because…read moreI was an overstate buyer they didn't care. The salesman denied it and accused me of lying then agreed to send a cheque of $500 when it costs $1000 to fix. There was a loud thumping and jarring of the wheels when you start the car which I though was related to the breaks when I purchased it also, it's still there and getting worse but they've made it clear it's out of warranty. The rollers in the driver door window have collapsed already and the car only did 38,000kms and when I purchased it the salesman ignored my email about the tyre tread which i have in email. Everything I sent in writing he'd just call back and not put anything back in writing. He rushed me an said others were interested so I paid a good rate for the car. I would never buy overstate again. They really take advantage of the situation.
