My mom and I moved here with nowhere to live because it's very difficult to find a place in this town. All of a sudden a house opened up and it was for rent so we took it. Not only is this business poor but the landlord was awful, Vicky. We had several health hazards in the house that she refused to fix. We even had a flood in the basement in which she sent her husband to check it out 3 days after it occurred and made us help with the repairs--honestly the nicest thing she's done. She claimed we destroyed the house after living there which never happened. Too bad we didn't get photos. She said it cost her $1400 for "clean up" in the house which is hilarious because we cleaned it from top to bottom before we left. Apparently her and the property management place do this to everyone. My mom is a nurse, has been for the last 20 years and now with this on her credit report it's so hard for her to get a house because my mom took Vicky and the property management to court and they did nothing for her there either even though if you read these reviews they are all absolutely awful. They do this to everyone! If you are unlucky enough to rent here or through Vicky please photograph EVERYTHING. Record all of your calls, keep all of the texts. To be frank I'd even have cameras in the house because she had stopped by unannounced three times to "check the blinds" since they were all broken when we moved in and they were still broken when we moved out. I think she just wanted to be in the house to show control. Good luck if you have to rent here, the rental company is almost worse.

Horrible. If you rent here, don't expect to get your deposit back. They might even try to have you…read morepay. Left our apartment clean as when we moved in (and to be honest it wasn't that clean to begin with) except for a minor thing with a door that we acknowledge. They Sent a bill for $200+ HAH you'll have to eat that money! They will make up literally anything to make you not get a deposit back "candle smoke" huh?? Who charges for that & what is that exactly? Pure comedy. Stay away they're money hungry
